located in Haute Nendaz, 4 Valleys, Switzerland.
This traditional newly built chalet offers stunning mountain views with easy access all year round and sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms and mezzanine.
The chalet comprises two floors with under floor heating which provides a warm and comfortable atmosphere. There are 4 spacious bedrooms with access to the terrace, large bathroom, under stairs room for suitcases and large hall area with football table on the ground floor. The first floor has a second bathroom, marble top kitchen, dining area, large open-plan living area with stone fire place leading out onto wrap-round balcony. There is parking by chalet enough for 3 cars and outside room for ski/snowboard storage. There are heated ski lockers available at the telecabine for a small fee (recommended). A friendly local bar/restaurant within a short walking distance. The telecabine/town centre is 5 mins drive. The chalet is on bus route (regular bus service). Access to 400km of piste in winter and mountain biking and walking in summer.

Accessibility
The chalet is within easy access from the main road via a private road cleared of snow in the winter. First floor entrance on the rear of the chalet with easy access from parking spaces. Ground floor entrance accessible via external stairs.
Outside
Asphalted private parking area on the rear of the chalet. Stairway leading to large flat terrace with a view of the Rhone Valley followed by sloping gardens. Outdoor furniture provided in the summer. Very large balcony suitable for outdoor eating/evening drinks in the summer.

Travel
Nendaz is approx 2 hrs from Geneva Airport by car following the signs for Lausanne, then Grand St Bernard and then Sion. From Sion, follow the signs for Nendaz up the mountain road for approx 20 mins until you reach Sornard. Alternately you can catch the train. The station is located about 200m from the arrivals hall at Geneva airport, the train runs approx every 30 mins to Sion. When you reach Sion, the bus station is right outside with a regular bus service to Nendaz.
